“This is going to hurt a little bit,” is what we could have been told before we left our pre-mortal home to come to earth.  Pain is part of growth it will happen.

I now pray for my nieces and nephews to not only be safe (which I still hope but can’t realistically expect in all cases) but to also have the ability to rise above their challenges and problems.  Adversity and pain will come to each of us.  But if we keep our eyes on the horizon we can navigate through troubled waters.
