In Process

The task I’ve been given to do

is a bit daunting I admit.

So, I must ask

that you step back

and leave me for a minute.

Currently, my brain is racing

and trying to process it

meanwhile my heart

is doing its part

and turning it over a bit.

Once my heart understands

it will begin to calm my brain.

The thoughts will slow,

I’ll be good to go

and begin to live life again.
