by Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Just before I read this conference address for my morning study, I read 1 Nephi 18. Two words stuck out at me as I read Nephi: forget and remember. Then I read this talk by Elder Uchtdorf and the thought occurred to me to “remember to behold the Man today.” So when I offered my morning prayer I asked for help with this goal.
How did I do?
I thought of the phrase throughout the day. When I was at work, while I waited in line at the bank, during my walk, the phrase came back to me. I can’t say I had any profound moments with it rather I continued to ponder on it. If I could only remember to behold the Man before I acted foolishly that would be a most beneficial feat.
Practice. Remembering to behold the Man is a worthwhile practice.
