General Conference thoughts: Christ: The Light That Shines in Darkness

Our eyes are made to find light.  In fact, to do their job they need light.  Stand in a windowless room and turn off the light.  At first, you will see nothing but in a few minutes your eyes do that miraculous thing they do.  They actually adjust so that they can see using small amounts of light.  It’s a cool process that we take for granted. General Conference thoughts: Behold the Man!

Just before I read this conference address for my morning study, I read 1 Nephi 18.  Two words stuck out at me as I read Nephi: forget and remember.  Then I read this talk by Elder Uchtdorf and the thought occurred to me to “remember to behold the Man today.”  So when I offered my morning prayer I asked for help with this goal.
