A popular theme today: live life like it’s your last or even the overused YOLO. But this flips it from inward hedonistic seekers to outward altruistic souls. Leaving the day better than you found it.
Today is the day to prepare to meet God because tomorrow is not a certain deal. Some tomorrows never come. “For behold, this life is the time for men to prepare to meet God; yea, behold the day of this life is the day for men to perform their labors” (Alma 34:32).
The cliche rings true. Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can [should] do today.
