I did not see this talk initially during conference but I sure highlighted a good portion of it when I read it in the Ensign. In fact, it made such an impact on me that I have used it for training purposes. That’s why I’m sneaking it in here now.
It seems like a simple concept but it’s not that easy to teach. In order to be a good leader, we need to be a good follower. The world teaches the opposite I think. But when I think of my former bosses, the ones I respected the most are the ones that demonstrated a good amount of humility.
