I have thought a lot about this parable and his talk.
Okay, I’m not quite sure about this.
Apparently there is some theory circulating about Disney’s The Little Mermaid. How one gaping plot hole sort of ruins the whole movie into a d’oh type of moment. Children and adults are jumping on the bandwagon claiming the movie would have ended a lot sooner if Ariel had just sat down and wrote a note to Eric explaining the whole situation.
You said,
“I’ve got to go now.
There are lessons you
will learn
and must learn
when I’m gone.
It’s time for you to grow.
But it will be alright, child,
it will be alright.
You will be alright, child,
you will be alright.”

This is a great talk. Men and women, husbands and wives are on the same team. Working together in a partnership. They don’t play the same position – that would not be productive. They each have a role to play that is designed for their strengths.
It’s been awhile since I’ve talked about that nasty business called anxiety. How about an update?
My grandma always said,
“I’ve got two feet on the ground,
“I can do anything anyone can do.”
She barely stood five feet
though she claimed five-two.

It’s called the Plan of Happiness. The plan. Not the ‘by chance of happiness.’
