Up is a small but mighty word. We know it’s the opposite of down but let’s look at it a little more closely.

With a little luck, your dreams will be up for grabs.

Which will make you up for something.

And that will make you up and coming.

Which may motivate you to be up and about.

Maybe your talent is to jazz it up.

Remember to learn how to follow up.

And to always be up front.

But sometimes your plans will be up in the air.

Or maybe there will be things you are up against.

This may make you be up in arms.

And you might get worked up.

But do try to cheer up.

Because I will back you up.

Even though at times you will be up to no good.

Then you will have to shape up.

Or you might be laid up.

But if you are, then pick yourself up.

You get up.

You rise up.

Do what it takes to stand up.

But don’t you ever, ever, ever give up.
