Imagine
drops of water
can be hard to manage
but a small leak
can cause great damage.
Imagine
a few words spoken
can somehow manage
to cause some hearts
considerable damage.
The lesson:
best to fix
a leak from the start
don’t let it tear your house apart.

best not to say
what is best left unspoken
so that way
relationships aren’t broken.
