I have high hopes for the day.

I will be focused and I’ll get things done.

Nothing will be left to-do.

Not an iota not a single one.

Day, I will be your master

and be productive the day through.

When the sun goes down

there will not be a single thing left to do.

Unless, of course, you have a better idea?

Something unplanned, not on the chart

might leave the to-do list undone

but in the end, be a better choice for my heart.
