Simply put, a walk can help heal a broken heart, give clarity to a muddled mind, and bring peace amidst chaos. Even a short walk around the block can do wonders to help elevate the spirit and bring order to the sould.

I take walks for therapy as well. Deep breathing and standing tall also help.
