Sustain: strengthen or support physically or mentally.
Drain: deprive of strength or vitality.
Come close and listen carefully,
I cannot make it any plainer.
We either share positive energy and life
and be a sustainer.
Or we share negative energy and strife
and be a drainer.

Yes, absolutely! I try not to be a drainer, but I may have failed a few times. 😉
I think it is a difficult thing not to become a drainer when we are feeling drained. But it’s something I’m working on. I don’t want my circumstances to control me.
