I don’t know how they do it.
I don’t know how people without the pleasing word of God make it through the trials of life. For me, the word of God may not always be easy but in the end I hope it will be pleasing.
I liken it to a hiking trail. In front of us is the limited vision of trees and vegetation. We may have to focus on the path and a difficult climb up a mountain. But if we stay on the path we will eventually reach a vista on a mountain. It is that view I am hoping for and planning for.
Right now though, we have the pleasing word of God to encourage us on the path.
