“What lack I yet?” has been a most profound scripture in my life.  It was the example of the rich young ruler that prompted me to serve a mission.

But the influence of these four words did not end with that decision.  It is something I try to be aware of.  Have I stopped progressing?  Have I slid down a bit?

What lack I yet?  What lack I today?  How can I make up the difference?

It’s an ongoing lesson.
