I Lost My Care
Hmm, I lost my care
lost it good and gone somewhere out there.
I set it down somewhere
but where?
I am not going to let you ruin my day

Today she gave
her two weeks’ notice, notice.
She’s going to show us, show us

just the right stuff.

She welcomes travelers home above,
Her face is the first many see.
It is a duty she does with love,
Comforting the sad and lonely.
