Confidence
Sometimes confidence outweighs skill when it comes to achieving a goal. I learned this while snow skiing. I never did master the skill because I never had the confidence to do it. 5K dreams
I decided I wanted to walk a 5k this summer. Truth be told, I really want a shirt showing that I walked a 5k. The feat doesn’t matter if I don’t have the memento to prove it. And yes, I’m keeping my expectation low enough so that I can accomplish it. I am content to walk not run 3.10686 miles. Continue reading
A High School Lesson I Remember
During a high school science class, we were asked to conduct an experiment. My partner and I chose to focus on the effects of words. It was a rather simple test. Temples visited 2014
I actually accomplished a new year resolution from 2014. Thanks to my home teacher, I set a goal to attend the temple once a month.
