My ghost is quite mischievous.

with late night teasing

not one bit pleasing

she thinks she is ingenious

but it makes me a tad nervous.

My bravery tends to shatter

with all that late night clatter

that tends to wake me

and I must check and see

what exactly is the matter.

She excels at all sorts of hijinks

like breaking shelves in niches

that hold all sorts of dishes

which really, really stinks

but enjoyable to her methinks.

I will tell you what I want most

is to no longer play the host

at least not between 10 and 8

I mean that would truly be great

if she could be a respectful ghost.
