along the main street roadside.

Decorated for some town pride

by those who pay to volunteer

to share and spread some good cheer.

There are those who make sport and fun

of the lighting job that gets done.

Such mocking lacks good humor

about the trees along Dewar

the jokes shared by a grinchy one!
