This talk may seem a paradox of sorts. In order to be God-like we need to be humble. At first reading, it may appear wrong. In order to be God-like shouldn’t we focus on becoming powerful?
Humility is one of those qualities that is often misunderstood. Being humble is not a weakness but a strength. It is something to be desired not fixed. Personal experience has shown me that I respect the leader who jumps in with rolled up sleeves when needed than the leader who sits and barks orders.
There is a warning with this though. Fake humility can cause damage. It must be a sincere, genuine attribute for it to be effective.
