This is a great reference for the question ‘what is worship.’ And what it means to worship. I have pondered that question several times.
Bishop Davies also gives advice on how to make those three hours in church a meaningful experience instead of a ‘have-to.’ When we attend with the proper attitude, we can truly be taught by the third member of the Godhead because that’s our privilege. That perspective helps us to see what an honor it is just to attend church at all.
