This is a great talk.  Men and women, husbands and wives are on the same team.  Working together in a partnership.  They don’t play the same position – that would not be productive.  They each have a role to play that is designed for their strengths.

They don’t have to compete with each other.  There is enough work to do for both.  The goal is to play their own positions for the team.  That’s what winning teams do.
