Here comes one of those sweeping generalizations about our time. But, in my humble opinion, we do seem to live in a time when opinion is mistaken for fact. That has probably always been the case we just didn’t have access to every. single. opinion. Not all opinions need to be shared any further than the dinner table or front porch. The other day I heard a PSA on the radio. Now, keep in mind, I live in Wyoming. Our Public Service Announcements probably sound a little different than yours. But this little Wyoming PSA was focused on ice-fishing. More specific, what to do if an unlucky fisher fishes on thin ice and falls in.
