This came by happy accident.  I wrote it as I wrote a synopsis of another post.  I liked it so much I decided it needed to have its very own meme.  The photo is from a little spring waterfall that is quite popular in my town.  When you live in a desert, a little running water is a big thing.  I thought the photo fit nicely with the thought.

Not really an original idea. It’s been said with more eloquence before.  The older I get the more I realize we can make all the plans we want but life really has the final say.  For example, by now I should have been married  twenty years with four kids spaced two years apart.  It was a very good plan but life had a different plan for me that didn’t involve a family.

This meme came to me when I suspected some whispers were about me. It reminds me of this great quote from ‘It Happened One Night’ that Peter says during the bus scene:

“Listen partner, you may not like my nose, but I do. I always wear it out in the open so… if anybody wants to take a sock at it they can.”
