There is something about you

that bugs me so

I can’t put my finger on,

I just don’t know.

Sometimes you amuse me much

and make me laugh

other times you annoy me

tempting a smack.

What is the difference

between the two?

Is it something you say

or what you do?

More and more I look until I

can see clearer

there are times it’s like looking

in a mirror.

Those annoying times I can

finally see

are when you act quite a bit

like yours truly.
