I was in Nashville on Sunday

I didn’t search very far

to find a church bar

just walked down Broadway

and heard all the preachers play.

Sermons by a two-man band collaboration

performing for the patron congregation

playing mini-concerts

seeking many converts

but mainly searching for their own salvation.
