Act or Acted Upon

There are those

who see themselves as a victim

always acted upon

they feel no help for the symptom.

There are those

who size up a situation

and always choose to act

with no excuse or explanation.

I like to think

I belong to group 2

but I fear group 1

is more likely what I do.
