Very true! Kind of difficult to remember that in the heat of the moment though. It would help if we had some kind of alarm alert that screamed at us the minute we even thought of lashing out in verbal anger! 🙂
Yeah, unfortunately it’s always AFTER the fact we realize what we said. Most of the time, we have an opportunity to apologize and make good. But occasionally… (And yep, I just misspelled the word – thanks autocorrect!)
