Thanks to the stats on WordPress, in January I noticed I was approaching my 1,000th post.  That may not seem like a big deal to you but for me it was a humongous deal.  See, I kinda have a thing with commitment and follow through.  Meaning I tend to not commit and follow through even less.

So I decided to celebrate.

But how?

On my Facebook page I had a month of giveaways.  Unfortunately, the only thing I have the power to giveaway is my stuff so nothing cool.  But no matter!  I decided to have fun with it.

Four giveaways later I managed to give away 9 books.  How did that happen?  What can I say, I’ve never been really good at math.

The night before my 1,000th post I think I might have been more excited than the morning of.

Nah, just kidding.  WordPress let me know I reached my milestone before I was even out of bed.  That’s not too hard since I stay in bed as long as I possibly can.

Yay for me!

The trouble is, now what do I write about?  I sat here for a half hour trying to decide my next post.

Hmmm.

While I’m figuring that out I’m sharing one more picture with you.  I just like it because of all the nice-looking even numbers on it.  It’s the little things that make me happy.

Now if I could just figure out where my one view went for my best ever, I’d be happy.

For a moment or two.  Possibly.
