The Sand

So much to do

but running out of time.

That sand in the glass

only drops, never will climb.

Catching up with the Horizon

We all get a dash

but it is rather short

and we spend so much time

trying to make it align

but actually, we just distort.

I want to stay in the game

even if I must play hurt

I plan to stay all the same.
