We all get a dash

but it is rather short

and we spend so much time

trying to make it align

but actually, we just distort.

Which is rather silly

when it’s all said and done.

We each share the same fate

just a different date

when we catch up with the horizon.

So, make it all count

for it will pass like a flash.

Let go what you need to

do what you got to do

to make the most out of your dash.
