The world is in commotion

it is only picking up speed.

Men’s hearts are failing as love

is replaced with hate and greed.

 

The constant mockery

causes my tender heart to ache.

How much more division

before there is a permanent break?

 

This once great nation will not

be brought down by one man.

By grand inspired design

only we the people can.

 

It is a proven fact

together we stand tall

and history teaches

divided we will fall.
